007 Ways to Become the James Bond of Health

What’s in a name? Well, when your name is James Bond, there’s a lot.

James Bond is the Hercules or Perseus of the modern age. His epic life is idolized by many for its excitement, adventure, exuberance, boldness, cleverness, charisma, whit, and even danger.

True, odds are you’ll never become a top secret British spy responsible for saving the world. But you can achieve a James Bond-caliber life by adapting his defining characteristics to your own amazing, euphoric and adventurous healthy lifestyle.

Ironcially enough, Bond is also a hallmark health icon – what with his amazing physical prowess and physique. All the more reason to strive to become the James Bond of health.

Let the top secret healthy lifestyle agent training begin!

1. Be Lethal

Bond shoots to kill. Period. Such conviction stems from his keen focus and veracious tenacity. He is, after all, the world’s premiere secret agent. And you don’t become a double-0 by being an indecisive namby-pamby. You become James Bond by being lethal.

Thankfully, living a remarkable healthy lifestyle doesn’t require violence.

But it does require your full commitment and decisiveness. Remember – the quest for optimal health and happiness is a lifestyle choice. Such focus will dissolve many obstacles. But there will still be moments of ambiguity and existential threats. Don’t waver. Don’t flinch. Be lethal. Passion is your ammunition. Use it with resolve and without remorse.

2. Be Loyal

You may question Bond’s antics on occasion, but no one can question his loyalty. To Queen-and-Country. To the mission. To the girl. And sometimes not in that order. But invariably, he’s genuine to the cause and to himself.

Such magnanimous loyalty makes Bond the best. It refines his character and builds trust in others. It sharpens his focus and forges his courage. It generates his confidence and drive for greatness.

Being decidedly loyal to your healthy lifestyle mission will foster the same results. No, this isn’t a Hollywood trick. 3. Be Cunning

Face it – your healthy lifestyle quest won’t go to plan either. Your best laid strategies can (and will) crumble to dust. The trick is to not let that discourage you or impede your progress. Instead, deploy the same unflappable cunning as 007 to assess the situation, judge the options, adapt, and take action.

Nothing is static. Everything changes.

Apart from being lethal, Bond is best known for his seduction. His tantalizing charisma has wooed many gorgeous women and deceived many deadly adversaries. The essence is a magnetic personality that makes Bond bold and irresistible.

A healthy lifestyle can learn a lot from Bond’s seductive ways.

First, let’s be clear. I’m not advising you to become promiscuous or seek-out deadly adversaries. I’m simply stating that pursuing your healthy lifestyle with seductive gusto is a brilliant idea.

Why?

Because it can bewitch your quest for remarkable health. Because you’ll be seen as an inspirational symbol and enchanting force for healthy living. And become resolute charisma and boldness for triumphant health is euphoric and priceless.

5. Be Dapper

Bond is all things dashing. His life is smart, stylish, sharp, and sassy – thanks to his vintage Austin Martin, chic Omega watch, pristine tailored tux, and dominant looks.

A dapper healthy lifestyle is precisely the same – smart, stylish, sharp, and sassy. But how do you become dapper of health?

Simple. Stylize your healthy life by routinely experimenting with new foods, spices, activities, and more. Sharpen your healthy routines by eliminating what you don’t enjoy and what doesn’t work. Indulge in lavish, healthy frivolity on occasion. And sass-up your health by proudly shattering the “healthy” status quo!
